In keeping with Jesse's spirit of generous giving, it was without hesitance that his parents decided upon organ donation.

We want to encourage all of Jesse's friends and their families to discuss their wishes in the unfortunate event that tragedy strikes.

Jesse's gift restored life to four individuals and two others were given the gift of sight.
